DuPont™ Vespel® SP-21 Sheet
Vespel® SP polyimide Sheet is produced from advanced polymers developed by DuPont. As the authorized distributor, thyssenkrupp Engineered Plastics / Online Plastics® offers all Vespel grades in sheets in a variety of sizes.
SP-21 is a filled polymer of Vespel and is available in sheet. SP-21 has 15% graphite filler (by weight) and enhances wear resistence while improving thermal stability. It provides low friction for bearing and wear, thrust washers and dynamic seals. Provides superior performance in operating temperatures up to 300°C.
