TYGON® ND 100-65 Medical Tubing

TYGON® ND 100-65 is a non-DEHP biocompatible polymer tubing. It has been developed by St. Gobain specifically for use in blood contact medical device applications. ND 100-65 meets the stringent REACH requirements and it is USP Class VI, ISO 10993, European Pharmacopoeia 3.1.1.2. Additionally, it is non-hemolytic and non-pyrogenic. TYGON® ND 100-65 tubing is commonly used in:

ND 100-65 is crystal clear allowing for visual monitoring of fluid flow through the tubing. It has a non-wetting surface to allow for complete drainage and withstand EtO gas and gamma sterilization.
In order to meet compliance with REACH, SUP VI and more each batch is tested both during and after the extrusion process. This ensures product consistency in terms of measurements and composition.
