Delrin® acetal is a homopolymer plastic material that is ideal for high load mechanical applications. It offers low friction and high wear resistance, stiffness, and strength. 150 grade Delrin® acetal is a general purpose engineered plastic that is commonly used to replace machinable metals for parts.
Online Plastics® offers extruded Delrin® acetal rods in 1” diameters and 12”, 24”, 36”, and 48” lengths. We also offer cut-to-size service to meet your custom length requirements. Delrin® acetal rods are available in natural color only.
